Ungod, replicator bugs, Gah-Lak-Tus. On the furthest outskirts of the Timescape, Collective Colonies, as they came to be known, have decimated entire worlds. 

Very rarely does a colony split off of the main collective to have their own thoughts apart from the others. You are one of those splits. Composed of thousands or even millions of individually acting entities, all with a single combined mind, you went rogue, chose a form to fit in, and have become your very own small Collective.

Hi. It's me. This ancestry has been created, commented, and corrected in about 3 days for the Jams of the Timescape #2: Ancestries. Though the "of the Timescape" in the name is just a reference to Draw Steel's world, I got the idea to reach out into the broader cosmos and pluck something wierd out of it. I assumed people will make robots, aliens, and faeries of all kinds so I went wierder.

The main inspirations for this ancestry are the Replicators from Stargate and the Ultimate Marvel version of Galactus. The Collective is intended for those who want to play hero with a character that is actually a collection of nanomachines or a sapient amalgam of bacteria or fungus.

It's meant to be out there. It's meant to be wierd. But it's also meant to be acceptable to a Director you would want to play with. So stay good, have fun, and DRAW STEEL!
