Fishing With Intent is a fishing mini-game that replaces the regular Fishing Downtime Project in Draw Steel Heroes (pg. 310) for those who want a more intricate experience, more investment, and more interesting (and powerful) rewards for said investment.

Made as part of the Jams of the Timescape #3: One Year of Draw Steel.  Due to limited time, this supplement did not undergo enough testing so it's free until it does and, if you use it, let me know how it went.
